Hardstyle Kitchen’s story;

Steve and JR met and entered in to a partnership after discovering they both had the same aspirations and passion for cooking. Steve travelled over to Texas and worked along side Myron Mixon and Tuffy Stone for 2 weeks to expand his
Barbecue knowledge. They took on the challenge of smoking as a hobby into a
business. They wood smoked BBQ everyday testing everything from Salmon, Chicken, Pork, Beef, Potatos and even Whisky! Purchased their own custom built smoker (which took 13 months to build) and built a Food truck.

Taking pride in their Low n Slow style of cooking and using all their own Sauces and rubs to keep it as authentic as possible. 12-14hour slow cooking, maintaining smoker temperature and 250 Degrees as well as properly navigating meat in different parts of the smoker chamber to allow a consistent flow of cook. It really is a patience game.
