They say Italy is a land of love, and there’s much to love about this Woolloomoloo-based restaurant. Featuring fare like homemade arancini, porchetta rolls, Mediterranean antipasto, and more from chef Antonio Sabia, Puntino Trattoria is guaranteed to light a fire in your belly, and your soul.
Spiced temptations to delight your palate, Mamak is known to serve up authentic and award-winning food inspired by the street food of the diverse nation of Malaysia. Featuring menu items like rojak salad, ayam goreng, mee goreng, and not least Malaysia’s famous grilled satay chicken skewers, Mamak is for those in search of an exotic escape.
Australia’s largest organic restaurant, Agape’s chef Simon Lawson will be dishing up fantastic delights including spit-roasted biodynamic sucking pig, as well as soft goat cheese with beetroot pickle and spelt emmental crispbread. This fusion of perfect ingredients and flamboyant style is sure to be one of the highlights of Lost Picnic.
Who doesn’t love a good burger? Although not necessarily standard picnic fare, at Lost Picnic you’ll be able to chow down on some of the best hot-beef-in-buns in the country from Chur Burger, who have made a name for themselves in several of our nation’s state capitals.
Koi Dessert Truck
For those with a sweet tooth, the Poernomo brothers need no introduction. Their two-story dessert bar in Chippendale has been hailed for their stellar signature creations, and sumptuous sweet treats by those in the know, and will find the KOI Dessert Truck a welcome addition to Lost Picnic 2017, and the perfect way to end their picnic feast.
